Refund policy

If you're wanting to return your Ivy Summit bed because it wasn't what you expected, the item you're returning must be unused i.e in resellable condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the original purchase and should be clearly labelled with your contact details in case we need to reach you.
